My journey towards coaching
My career path
After completing my PhD in Biology, I embarked on a dynamic career in the pharmaceutical industry spanning 2 decades. My initial role was in research, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience and a strong scientific foundation. Always seeking new challenges and growth, I transitioned into project management, where I developed strong organizational and leadership skills.
For the past 13 years, I’ve leveraged my scientific background and leadership experience to work in business development, forging valuable relationships with diverse teams across the globe.
My path to coaching
In this first part of my career, I was inspired by my interactions with people and the opportunity to explore different perspectives and paths. As I approached a significant turning point in both my career and life, I reflected on my future options and realized I wanted to incorporate personal and people development into my work. This is how I discovered coaching.
Coaching helped me better connect with my inner voice, leading me on a journey aligned with my deepest values and goals.
Through coaching, I gained clarity on my strengths, values, and limiting beliefs, empowering me to set focused goals. It also boosted my self-confidence and resourcefulness, enabling me to manage energy and cultivate self-love.
This transformative experience sparked a passion to empower others through coaching, so they too can create fulfilling lives and careers, as individuals or teams.
